The new workbook: inspiring recycling lessons for schoolchildren

The new Kierrätyksen sankarit (Recycling heroes) workbook has been published. It features a variety of fun and educational activities related to sorting, recycling and reusing materials for pupils aged 9 and 10.

Built around friendly recycling characters, it features word puzzles, sums, quizzes, games, mazes, crosswords, crafts and other creative activities of different levels.

Both teachers and pupils have contributed to the development of this workbook with an encouraging and positive approach to recycling. Teachers can order the Finnish version of the workbook from www.a-lehdet.fi/kierratyksensankarit and the Swedish version from www.a-lehdet.fi/atervinnarna.
